做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。
